Refund policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your order.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a store credit (excluding original shipping costs). Store credits never expire.


Return Conditions

Returned items must be in 100% original condition, meaning they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed and un-perfumed

  • Free from marks or stains (including makeup, fake tan, dog hair, etc.)

  • With all original tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer.


Sale Items

  • No refunds on sale items.

  • If an exchange is requested during a sale and the replacement item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues, subject to stock availability.

  • Return conditions must be met.

  • We cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item sent back to you.


Return Postage

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Processing Time

Returns are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt.

Approved returns will be issued as:

  • A store credit (digital gift card with no expiry), or

  • An exchange, where applicable.


Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Approved faulty returns may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds can take 5–7 business days to appear once approved.


This policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law and does not affect your statutory rights.
