Orders placed by 12:00PM AEST from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM AEST or over the weekend will be dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Policy

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

We are not responsible for any damages occurred whilst in transit or lost/stolen parcels.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we CAN'T offer reimbursement for this package.

We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been processed.

If your order is returned to the sender, a shipping cost of $10 will be required to re-ship.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
